1.1 Age Requirement

The mk33 platform is available to users aged 21+ only. Anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited from accessing and playing. If a player is found to have provided a false age, we reserve the right to close that account immediately.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account at mk33 at any time. Opening duplicate or hidden accounts to claim additional bonuses or promotions is strictly prohibited. If this is discovered, we reserve the right to close all related accounts and forfeit any balances held in them.

1.3 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their account login details (username, password) secure. Any activity carried out through your account is considered to be your own action. If you suspect a third party has accessed your account, notify our support team immediately.

1.4 Accurate Information Required

You must provide accurate and complete personal information when registering an account. If we find that incorrect information has been submitted, we may suspend that account and any funds held will not be returned.

2.1 Deposit Methods

mk33 accepts KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Deposits are credited to your account quickly after processing.

2.2 Withdrawal Methods

Withdrawals can only be made using the payment method registered to the player's account. The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals may be temporarily delayed due to our verification process, and the player will be notified.

2.3 Withdrawal Limits

Before making a withdrawal, the player must meet the Wagering Requirement agreed upon for their deposited funds and any bonus received through genuine gameplay. If a withdrawal is requested before the Wagering Requirement is met on funds from a deposit bonus, the bonus amount and any winnings from that bonus will be deducted before the remaining balance is paid out.

2.4 Currency and Payment Accuracy

All payments on the platform are processed in Myanmar Kyat (Ks / MMK). If you have deposited an incorrect amount, contact our support team immediately. We cannot be held responsible for the results of incorrect deposit or withdrawal transactions.

3.1 Welcome Bonus

mk33 offers a 100% bonus on your first deposit — up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus and your total balance becomes 40,000 Ks. The Wagering Requirement for the bonus is the bonus amount × 10, so in this example you must wager 20,000 Ks × 10 = 200,000 Ks before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Another example — if you deposit 1,020,000 Ks, you receive only the maximum bonus cap of 500,000 Ks, making your total balance 1,520,000 Ks. The Wagering Requirement is 500,000 Ks × 10 = 5,000,000 Ks.

3.2 Wagering Requirement Conditions

• The Wagering Requirement must be completed within the specified time period.
• Bonus gameplay must be conducted only on the games designated by us.
• Until your real money balance is used up, wagers made will first go toward fulfilling the Wagering Requirement from the bonus funds.
• If a player does not wish to use the bonus and wants to withdraw, they may decline the bonus. If declined, the associated bonus funds and any winnings from the bonus will be removed before the withdrawal is processed.

3.3 VIP Program

mk33 has 3 VIP tiers — Bronze (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 1.0% weekly cashback), and Gold (up to 1.5% weekly cashback). VIP tier upgrades are assessed and decided by us based on the player's gameplay pattern and volume. Players are notified through their account once cashback has been credited.

3.4 Prevention of Promotion Abuse

Promotions are designed for legitimate gameplay only. If we find that a player has abused a promotion, we reserve the right to void the bonus funds and all winnings derived from them. If promotion terms change, those changes take effect immediately on mk33's updated promotions page.

4.1 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are strictly prohibited on mk33—

• Using the platform for fraud or money laundering
• Playing using bots, scripts or automated software
• Claiming bonuses multiple times with duplicate accounts
• Playing on behalf of another person (proxy betting)
• Attempting to exploit platform functions

4.2 Collusion and Commission

If players are found to have colluded to manipulate game results, we reserve the right to close all associated accounts and void any winnings obtained.

4.3 Fair Play

mk33 uses SSL encryption and a Random Number Generator to ensure fair play. Our platform does not operate in any way that favours any individual player.

5.1 Data Collection and Use

mk33 reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to technical maintenance, unforeseen issues or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify players as quickly as possible and work to restore services promptly.

6.2 Disclaimer for Losses

mk33 is not responsible for personal financial losses, illness or relationship problems arising from gambling. Players acknowledge that gambling carries the risk of financial loss and agree to participate at their own responsibility.

6.3 Third-Party Websites

The mk33 platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the content or data protection practices of those sites.

7.1 Right to Amend Terms

mk33 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Players will be notified of changes via an announcement on the platform or by email before amendments take effect. Continued use of the platform after amendments are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

7.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may contact our support team to make a request. If a balance remains before closure, it will be returned subject to withdrawal rules.

7.3 Account Closure by Us

If a player is found to have violated these terms, we may close the account at any time without prior notice and reserve the right to withhold any related funds with a reasoned explanation. The decision in each case is within mk33's authority and is final.
